Grace & Grey Foundation is more than an organisation — it is a humanitarian movement rooted in the belief that every Nigerian, regardless of age, circumstance, or geography, deserves to live with dignity.
Grace & Grey Foundation is a registered Nigerian non-profit humanitarian organisation dedicated to advancing human dignity across all stages of life. Founded by Dr. Olabanji Adebayo Adeosun, the Foundation emerged from a conviction that lasting change requires more than handouts — it requires systems, evidence, and sustained commitment.
We reach the most vulnerable where they are — in orphanages, IDP camps, hospitals, rural schools, and forgotten communities — bringing care, compassion, and sustainable opportunity. Our model uniquely integrates grassroots field delivery with research and policy advocacy, connecting community realities to national decision-making and international investment.
In 2025, we achieved a landmark milestone: full national coverage across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory — demonstrating the operational scale, structural discipline, and partner credibility that international organisations require.

Dr. Olabanji Adeosun establishes Grace & Grey Foundation in Abuja with a clear vision: to restore dignity across generations in Nigeria's most underserved communities. Formal registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) completed. Initial outreach programmes launch in the FCT and Kwara State, laying the groundwork for national reach.
National expansion begins and full national coverage is achieved in the same year — making Grace & Grey one of very few Nigerian NGOs to reach all 36 states and the FCT in a single programme year. ₦38.8M deployed across 37 projects, 5,694+ direct beneficiaries reached exceeding all targets, 370 volunteers mobilised, and 3 policy briefs published.
Strategic priorities include expanding water infrastructure to 10 new communities, scaling health outreach to 15,000 beneficiaries, establishing youth innovation hubs, and achieving financial sustainability through diversified international partnerships.

Dr. Olabanji Adebayo Adeosun is a nation-builder, entrepreneur, and humanitarian strategist whose life's work is centred on building systems that restore dignity and bridge the gap between the vulnerable and the powerful.
With a background spanning public policy, enterprise development, and social investment, Dr. Adeosun brings a uniquely analytical yet compassionate approach to humanitarian leadership. He founded Grace & Grey with a clear conviction: that effective humanitarian work must be grounded in data, disciplined in execution, and accountable to the communities it serves.
Under his stewardship, Grace & Grey has grown from a local initiative into a nationally recognised organisation with full 36-state coverage, over 1,000 volunteers, and a policy research division that produces government-facing briefs on food security, education, and human rights.
